  Bill Zane reviewed our well water quality problems, listened to my concerns and recommended a solution. Dominic did great work installing the system and piping everything as well as spending time explaining exactly what he did, why and how the system operates. Bill did a follow-up visit to ensure everything was satisfactory and performed a follow-up water test to ensure it was properly working.

  We were having issues with the water pressure in our home well water system. Jason was the tech who responded to our service request. He was friendly and competent. He explained the remedy to our system and repaired the issue. He also took the time to point out areas where we will need to plan for system maintenance. Our water system has been in place for 20 years and will need to be re-evaluated. At no point did I feel that I was pressured to make a buying decision or upgrade where the system is currently functioning. I trust Edward Powell Pump & Well to provide honest solutions and quality service. They are my preferred service provider for our well water system.

  After using another company that tried to push selling "new tanks" and other services, I called Powell and Zach came out explained what issues the tank and well were having and then gave me multiple options. He did a great job installing a new tank and installing a new pump. During his visit he was professional and curtious. I would recommend them to anyone having well/tank water issues.

  We called Powell Pump & Well when we had a water pressure issue in our home, and within 2 days had someone out to the house to take a look. Our technician, Jason, was quick to help us diagnose that the well pump motor we had was likely failing and on it's way out, and was informative on our options to have it replaced, and explained everything well and in a manner that made it easy to understand. He had all the items needed on the van, and quoted us a price, and within 2.5 hours from arriving we were back to operational. He was thorough in the directions for us with the shock chlorination treatment for the new well pump. He was also the tech that came out to take the water sample to ensure that everything was running great again. If I hadn't already been using Powell previously, Jason's professionalism, customer service skills, communication and time management alone (We were quoted 3 hours for installation, and it took slightly over 2) would have sold me on the business. We hope to deal with him again in the future if we need service. Would highly recommend Jason, and the company for anyone looking for service and repairs on their well.

  To say that we are grateful, impressed and 100% sold on Powell Pump and Well doesn't even begin to say it. We had been using our plumber (a good guy!) to service our well too and after 20+ years had a new pump put in last year. Last week, when our water slowed to a trickle, we were afraid it meant pulling up the pump again. Our regular plumber had Covid and couldn't help us, so we called Powell. They were here by late afternoon, found a virtually 100% clogged pressure gauge (photo) and had a new one in the truck. Zack pointed out other growing problems on our older system and recommended an annual service contract for a very fair price.
  In addition, our water pressure is now better than it's ever been.
  We did notice a negative comment below. All I can say is when you buy a house with a well system, it's a major responsibility. Keeping up your system is part of that. And if that's too difficult, pay the big money to dig and connect to public water and pay those quarterly fees.
