Recently moved to Randolph and as a new patient within the Smith family dental facility, Edward, Scott and Nicole treated me with open arms. After my initial exam and diagnosis, the Smith family diligently made two appointments in the same day for me in order to start addressing my issues. Now how many other dental facilities would go out of there way to do this especially with upcoming holidays? EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!
I wish that I could give Dr. Smith and his staff 10 Stars! While preparing to have two cavities filled during my very first visit to him, I waited for the inevitable pain from the injection he gave that was meant to numb my gum. Dr. Smith said that I would feel a pinch and then some pressure so I closed my eyes and waited for the pinch and pain but, nothing. A few minutes later, he injected with a second needle and I was sure that this time it would definitely hurt but, no pinch, no pain and barely any pressure. He filled my cavities quickly and I was out of there before I knew it. No stress! In past years, I’d had some really bad experiences with dentists and even with an oral surgeon so I’d waited more than two years after my last dentist retired before I finally listened to my dad and called Dr. Smith. I’m so glad that I did because every single person at this practice has been great...welcoming, kind and reassuring!
Smith Family Dentistry is professional , friendly , and provides A+ care. Dr. Scott is a wonderful addition to the office and takes the time to get to know his patients while delivering the best dental care
Drs. Smith and their staff are great. They are all friendly, kind and honest and they follow up! My husband and I are very happy (as happy as one could be going to the dentist-LOL).
I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to Dr. Edward Smith and his Assistant, Nicole, for making my two hour dental visit on Thursday a pleasurable experience. Dr. Smith's work and expertise is obvious in the quality of the work he provided in filling and bonding my four front teeth.
