  I'm not from the area, but received an enthusiastic recommendation for Ed's when I was having problems with my pickup. I stopped by in the morning and by the end of day Ed's had the problem resolved. I received excellent service and everyone I dealt with was very friendly and personable.

  Made car inspections easy with first appointment, while-you-wait service. Great work on brakes and very fair prices. Will def return.

  First I must say that this review is very overdue. I am not one to usually write reviews but this business has earned it a thousand times over. I have been a personal customer of Ed's for 15 years. They say that proof is in the pudding... After 3 years of working with them for my personal vehicles, I gave them some work with my fleet vehicles.... there is not one instance after over 100 repairs that I was not pleased with results. Between personal and business we have entrusted over 20 vehicles to them. They always go way beyond any other repair facility in the Pocono Region. Moreover their honesty builds the kind of trust for repetitive business. From a small oil change, a transmission swap, a large engine rebuild, to detailed body work. The results are always incredible. Not to mention their towing services can keep your business running smoothly. If your looking to build a relationship with an automotive facility...   I have a school bus it sat over the pandemic and I needed it to be road ready to go to California. Called Ed’s they hooked me up with Steve. I told him what i wanted and needed to be done. Steve made sure to take care of everything and was in constant contact and communication of what needed to be done and why and how much. The bus runs like a dream and I feel safe driving across the country and back.

  I just had major work done with Ed’s both because i live close-by and because they came highly recommended. I can’t say enough good things. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful and informative throughout the entire process. They had my truck for a little over a week and I called for updates a few times. They were more than happy to fill me in with every detail each time I called. The gentlemen, Anthony, who I believe did most, if not all of the work on the truck, even took the time out of his day to show me pictures and tell me everything about what he did. I appreciated that extra effort. Ed’s did quite a bit of work on my truck and they did a great job. I will definitely be back.
