I spoke to Julie at EDP and, she was not only very sweet, but very helpful as well. I can honestly say, that both the service, and the benefits are wonderful!
Shaniqua was exceptional. She explained each and every detail of my plan as well as answered all of my questions. Additionally she advised me about cost savings I was not aware of. She is a true asset to EDP.
Plan has a discounted pricing schedule with network dentists. I have saved thousands over the years with a fine dentist. Shanique was a very helpful EDP rep who offered me a 5 year discounted plan with a prorated refund just in case.😀
I love my EDP Discount Dental Plan. Because insurance is very costly and doesn’t cover much, I decided to go with EDP out of a sea of dental discount plans. I’m very pleased with the discounts I am receiving on my dental services. My decision to go with EDP was an easy one. When I first called for information on EDP, I spoke to Customer Service representative, Lisa, who was informative, knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions. Every time I’ve called, the representative on the other end is always friendly and eager to assist me (had to mention Julie and Shaniqua, too!).
I spoke with Nalina today and she was a pleasure to talk to, very helpful and she made me feel like a part of the EDP “family”. It’s always a pleasure to call EDP and the discounts are considerable! I highly recommend EDP.
