I work a full-time job and own my own business so I can't tell you how much I appreciate the ease, quality, and deliciousness of these meals. I love knowing I'm eating well despite my lack of time and I've never had an issue with meals or delivery. I'm so thankful that they deliver all the way to me from West Haven. Their overnight oats and protein pancakes are delicious and I love their protein and energy bites for snacks. The meals are always great and full of flavor. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

(January 18, 2023, 7:23 am)Edibolic Kitchen's are so tasty and have one of the best menu and specials compared to other local meal prep delivery spots in CT. They have a wide variety of meals to choose from and the lean meals are a perfect option for me to keep track of my macros.
