  Joining ECS Excercise six months ago was the best decision! Ed is very knowledgeable. He tailored a workout to help me rebuild the strength and flexibility I had lost to old injuries. The atmosphere is down to earth, the hours are very flexible, the price is fantastic and Ed is a gem!

  This is an awesome place to workout! I have never really enjoyed going to the gyms for exercise. None of them really motivated me. But this gym is amazing! Ed the trainer is great and he works on slowly building up your muscles and any other targeted parts of your body that you want to work on improving. You also get to know others that work out there and it becomes a great community where you can get to know people along with doing something healthy for yourself. Also, the price is fantastic and I would recommend this place to anyone who has goals for their body or just wants to workout. The great thing about this place is that it is for all ages and body types. My suggestion is to give it a try. It’s a good way to challenge yourself.

  Ed is an amazing trainer. He is extremely personable and makes me feel comfortable in the gym when I tend to be intimated. I look forward to coming 3 times a week and knowing I’m going to get a great work out and feel amazing. Also, there is no contract here. You may come and go as you please without worrying about missed work out fees, late fees etc. AND EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE! $5 a class for a personal trainer?! I wish I started sooner

  I credit ECS with how good I feel: stronger and more confident. I have more energy and look better. I actually look forward to a workout with Ed since he mixes up the routine and it is never boring. Ed is interested in his clients success and is knowledgeable. I highly recommend this gym, you won’t be sorry.

  ECS is the best gym I've ever been to! I'm not a big gym person because I'm not good at making up my own workout routine and feel intimidated walking into one. I like when someone tells me what to do so ECS is perfect. It's one on one time with Ed who pushes you so you get stronger and of course have some laughs while you're there. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting and the conversation is always great. AND you can't beat the price. $60 for 3x a week? Unbeatable. More affordable than any classes in the area. I can't recommend this gym enough! Thank you, Ed, for making working out fun!
