  EcoShield Pest Solutions is fantastic. Bella was in the neighborhood and stopped by to talk to us and she had us sold since prior pest control and self-bought pest control has not stopped the problems especially with the ants. We signed up and Simon arrived a few days later for our first treatment on time. He was very pleasant and got the job done efficiently. He answered all of our questions and reminded us of our next treatment. Overall, this company is superb so far. I hope the organic, plant-based treatments do in fact rid us of our pest problems.
  
  Update as of August 8: Our next scheduled treatment was done by Clarence. We initially contacted Bella about a potential reschedule since it was raining earlier, but she said to allow the technician to view our property to determine if it was too wet to treat. He arrived early and was so pleasant to converse with about our pest situation and how he would deal with it. Since the first treatment, the ants, specifically, seemed to die off, but then cropped up again. He explained that was normal and this treatment should permanently stop that from continuing in the future. He said if after around 10 days the resurgence happens again to call and he or another technician would return for another treatment, but it would be on the house. He also thoroughly tended to our spider problem. Our next scheduled treatment is in the end of October/beginning of November.
  
  Update as of August 23: We needed another treatment since the one on August 8 did not put a full stop to our ant problem. Thankfully scheduling the free follow-up went well and Kyle went to work. We were not home, but left a note when we confirmed the appointment via text. Plus, we had family and friends doing work interiorly who were able to explain everything to Kyle while we were out. He also thoroughly de-webbed for us since spider webs have been around nearly every single day since our last treatment. He is a de-webbing champion! And on a side note, mosquito treatment is a separate contract, which was not clearly communicated according to my parents, so they are holding off on that until next year since the summer season is winding down and hopefully the mosquitoes will die off.

  Also a big thank you to Eric Poor for coming out and getting rid of all the creepy crawling bug from my yard. I love that it’s a plant based product that won’t harm my pets and plants.
