  Very good omelets, eggs, pancakes... etc. Old Long Island atmosphere. If you want a very good breakfast at a reasonable price, give it a try.

  Good food, pleasant service and a very simple down to earth atmosphere. Ample portions and reasonable prices. Will be back.

  I've loved coming here since I was little, such a "locals place" with great historical atmosphere. This little place it's always packed and it's becauae the food is always amazing. In other words worth the wait!

  The owner Keith's mom, Noreen, worked at this spot and then bought it many moons ago, was a huge Stevie Ray Vaughan fan who lovingly named one of her shake concoctions after the legendary blues icon so how can one NOT stop in for a meal?!
  
  Adorably quaint family owned spot that serves up delicious healthy solid portions of breakfast and lunch options. If you were looking for some frou frou sparkling water ladened uniformed wait staff white table cloth kind of experience here, then you truly don't belong here. However, if you want dishes that are home grown, not pretentious, solid and consistent with a staff who all are really friendly and actually smiling when they come to take your order, then look no further. Lots of locals coming and and ordering their fave dishes.
  
  I loved their homemade biscuits with a thick sausage gravy, you can order a full order that comes with 4 biscuits or a half order with 2 biscuits generously topped with the best sawmill sausage gravy. Their cup of soup and half or whole sandwich combo is a great bang for the buck! The Split pea soup was really hearty and filling and the meatloaf sandwich on potato bread brought me back to a time in my youth when my friend's mom would make it for us as one of our weeknight dinner entrees. Basic Americana seasonings and flavors but still so freaking yummy. Their Philly cheese steak sammie has a perfect ratio of steak to onions/peppers to cheese to toasty hero bread.
  
  Thankful to have a place so close by to our vacay spot for a great easy delicious homestyle eats. Eat local! Support local!
