If you are looking for an outstanding doctor, and staff, look no further! I am so impressed with this facility and staff. The staff was friendly, welcoming, helpful, and patient. Unlike many doctor offices the front desk does not always provide what a patient deserves, too often a patient is rushed, here it is the complete opposite! Sarah was the nurse I saw first, and Mary was the technician that took my blood work, they were both kind, and helpful! Sarah saw my youngest son as well, she made him feel very comfortable.
Joseph Saponaro is the director of operations, he treats his staff with respect and kindness, something I always look for in a managing position. He is knowledgeable, and goes the extra mile for every patient.
Dr. Joseph Riggi was one of the many great doctors that I interacted with at the facility. He took his time to examine me, ask questions, let me ask questions, he didn't rush anything. He was thorough, and even spent almost an hour on the phone with me discussing my blood work. What doctor does that these days? I took my youngest son to him, and he was outstanding with him. This place is what you have been searching for, and to top it off, it is very clean, and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend this facility!
Could not be happier with this office. Every single person there is attentive, warm, welcoming. Dr Riggi is thorough, takes his time, and you can tell really cares. I couldn't recommend Eastpointe enough!!
The warmth and care from everyone here is amazing. When you call, you actually get connected to a person, not an automated system! The office is immaculately clean and well run.

Eastpointe Medical is the best. Every person you meet will treat you like family, and Dr. Riggi is the best. I cannot say enough about my experience here so far, and I don't mind driving a little farther to come to this group.
Dr. Riggi is one of the best doctors around. My family has all worked in hospitals for over 40 years. Dr. Riggi is old school. Cares about his patients. His patients always come first and he makes sure they get everything they need. When there is an issue with insurance or pharmacy, Dr. Riggi personally calls and gets it’s fixed!! He always gets back to you same day with results. Most importantly he puts your heath first!! Always goes the extra mile and makes sure he is thorough with his exams. I appreciate him very much
