I had only one major problem with leasing and management but with maintenance, Whenever I called maintenance, they would get back to me as soon as possible. They always fix any problems that I always had. The only main concern I had was moving out. I gave them well in advance notice of my vacancy. when I first moved in the leasing agent, advise me pets are allowed with no additional fee, and after one year, I will be in the Month to month basis. That was all a lie. They started harassing me and sending me notices that I owe him back rent and breaking contract fee. when they took my security deposit. And then they started telling me that I owe pet fees. When this was never in writing or discussed with me. I wish the leasing agent told me all this, in the beginning. But beside that I loved the complex and neighbors. It was super quiet.
