While the products are amazing and have worked beautifully for me, Chris’ customer service has really made him unique and a valuable ally in my pursuit of the audio hobby. He is a mentor, advisor, customer advocate with manufacturers and distributors and a tireless supporter who on many occasions has put me ahead of any personal interests in resolving issues or getting the right answer. Even with Covid and Brexit, Chris ensured that the tt and cartridge got to us in good time. EEH found a skilled technician to install the table. It sounds incredible, better than we could have imagined: a whole new world of sound! We knew what we wanted but through discussion with Chris, we picked a package that saved us money! He is knowledgeable, sensitive and trustworthy. He wants the best for his customers. We know we can always talk with him.

(December 30, 2019, 1:32 pm)Chris had a pair of demo speakers for sale at a terrific price (never could have afforded them otherwise) and, after he answered my numerous questions, I purchased them. Not only did he send them quickly and at a reasonable shipping charge, the packing job he performed was exemplary and they arrived in flawless condition. He's a fair, friendly professional, and clearly knows the hi-end audio business. I'd recommend East End Hi-Fi to anyone, as well as Lawrence Audio, which made the beautiful speakers that I bought.
