  I bought a used 2012 Volvo ishift from another dealer not East coast. After 8 months as an owner operator my transmission broke. I was not aware an ishift was so complicated to fix and expensive , I couldn’t afford to to pay a Volvo dealer and no Machenic could repair it . I decided to ask East coast truck sales for help. I met up with the owners Alex and Lee. Both of them decided to help me to repair my truck . Lee gave me his personal number and advice how I can get the funds to pay for my ishift to be replaced and the price was very affordable.
  What amazed me is I did not buy my truck at East Coast and the owners went out of their way to help me for no extra cost. They are truly amazing. I would advise any new owner operator to buy a Truck from East Coast, also make sure you buy their warranty, the repair shop they operate from can handle any job As long as you buy their truck any major repairs they will help you take care of your problem and get you back on the road. East Coast is more than a dealership they look out for Trucker’s. As long as I am a trucker and Alex and Lee is at East Coast I will buy their trucks thanks guys for helping me I will keep telling people my story how you all helped me. 5 stars.

  WARNING PLEASE READ! The reason why people are saying this is a bad place because there are two different owners. one good one bad. unfortunately I've gotten the bad owner he would sell your truck to someone else so they won't have to fix it he lied and never repaired anything on the truck and left me with a huge roadside bill half way home straight off the lot. The second breakdown he wouldn't help at all. The other owner/seller the good one came and towed the truck for me. I took it to there shop 5 times and changed 4 parts which they claim they did and still truck was not running right.The mechanic owner is a lier so be careful take it to a real shop first and bring them the list or they will make up something. I ran into a mobile truck mechanic and he fixed the truck with no parts needed. DO NOT BUY FROM SARMIENTO BUY FROM LEE

  I bought truck here two months ago. I had some electrical problems with it. It’s not cover their warranty but they fixed it for me. Only one complaint I lost one week for it. But on the other hand they didn’t leave me alone with my problems. It’s not new truck and of course has problems. Only one advice, ask carefully about warranty rules. Actually I was surprised that they are normal, not like other sellers. I’m going to buy one more truck here.
