  Ben is so incredibly kind and patient. He is very knowledgeable about master spas and even does live videos on facebook regarding the spas. He said if there is ever an issue with the spa I can always message him personally. I was going to purchase a master spa but unfortunately had to cancel my purchase to work out some backyard kinks. Thankfully I canceled within the 3 days but they never gave me any issue about canceling at all. A pleasure to deal with and I’m sorry I had to cancel the order but I’m thankful they were kind and understanding about it!

  I'm happy to post a positive review, especially after reading some of the negative reviews. Our sales associate Chris Kukol was pleasant and informative. He told us to expect delivery in 5-6 months, which was quite accurate. We purchased the hot tub last June, and it was delivered in November. Unfortunately, two months after startup, the tub developed a leak. I called and left a message, and they returned my call within the hour. A service tech came out within a few days, but could not complete the repair and had to order a part which I was told would take 2-3 weeks. The part arrived within that time frame, although I did have to call again to move things along. They returned my call the following morning, had a service tech come out a few days after that, and completed the repair successfully. I certainly hope the other reviews listed here were finally addressed by ECS to a positive outcome.
