Ed Bower was top notch! Very personable & professional. He took time afterwords to not only explain everything but also show me a small issue with the tank. I would highly recommend Ed for any services needed!

I have been using Earth Care for septic services for many years now, both at my primary residence & at a 2nd home. As a company, they are easy to deal with & their customer service is very helpful. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable & friendly. I was very happy to see Ed Bower respond to my service call today, I have dealt with Ed in numerous capacities over the years & I couldn't ask for a better person to have come to my home. My hope is that anytime I need service, Ed will be the one to respond!

I've used Earth Care quite a few times. Their staff are easy to work with, quick to respond, efficient and friendly! I hired them to pump my septic after the alarm went off. They were here to assist the following day! I chose to dig up the hole where the septic tank lid is located (to save a few $) and wasn't sure where it was located. Joshua Winterringer was very helpful in customer service and sent me a photo they had taken during the previous visit! After his help it was easy to know where to dig! Also, the driver, Ed Bower was very kind and efficient. He took care of everything! Over all, I find EarthCare (Wind River) to be a great company to work with!
