The office and facilities are welcoming, overall better and more modern than most audiologists. Dan is a superior dispenser with deep knowledge and experience in the industry and has always provided the most appropriate, highest quality and most contemporary devices after an extremely thorough exam. His ability to use computer technology to map my deficits, display my profile on a large screen so I learn more about my issues and what to expect, store the HA settings and make adjustments is a big advantage. Aftermarket service is great. Good office support from knowledgeable staff.
