Ear works in wading river has a dedicated staff with excellent service. Appointments are always pleasant and on time. I recommended ear works to a close friend and he has also commented about the excellent experience with the folks in the wading river office.
This office is amazing. They're so incredibly helpful. The front desk staff are always polite and Dr. Taylor was awesome. She listened to the problem I was having, tested my hearing and explained in detailed what was wrong. You don’t feel rushed when you’re in her office. Very patient and understanding. I would highly reccommend Dr. Taylor. You won’t be disappointed.
Dr. Melissa Taylor of Wading River is amazing! I first went to an ENT specialist because of tinnitus, only to find out I needed hearing aids. It came as a complete shock to say the least. Through the recommendation of a friend I went to Dr. Taylor. She was amazing!! She helped me through every step of the way! There are no words to express my gratitude for all that she did! It was an adjustment to say the least, but it was the best decision I ever made! I am now on my second pair of Oticon! Thanks to Melissa I am so comfortable with them I actually got the pink ones this time!!! Thank you to Dr. Taylor for an amazing experience!

Dr. Taylor administrated my audio test and recommended an ENT to ensure I did not have a middle ear issue. She was very patient and through and recommended a hearing aid specific for my range of hearing loss. She demonstrated how to use and clean my hearing aides and provided her advice on which model to select. On my follow up visit, she enquired about my experiences in case any adjustments were needed to the program. My smart phone is connected to my aids, giving me some additional control. Now that hearing aids are available over the counter, I recommend you go to a qualified audiologist for your first pair. You will be happy you did.
