  Dr Eppsteiner is amazing- I can’t express how grateful I am for his persistence, skill and kindness while working me over the last year. He and the rest of the team have helped me take my health and my hearing back- it was a terrible cycle of blocked sinuses due to enormous polyps- which caused my sinuses to get infected time and time again - the fluid was draining into my lungs and causing infections that created pneumonia half a dozen times in 2022. He never gave up - continued to work through ups and downs with me and I’m finally feeling like a human being again! We had a big family trip planned to Hawaii in May and he went out of his way to put new ear tubes in to ensure I’d be ok during the 15 hour flight. Thank you thank you thank you! So grateful I found you!

  I had a wonderful experience at Western MA ENT Surgeons. I was fortunate to see Brittany and found her quite pleasant. She was knowledgeable, proficient without rushing and answered all my questions. I was in and out within 25 minutes from check in to walking out the door.
  
  I was greeted by a male receptionist who was kind and friendly. I didn’t have a mask and he offered me one right away. As a HOH person, he automatically pulled his mask down for me to read his lips without me asking. Since my doctor had sent all my information ahead of time I didn’t need to fill out tedious paperwork. I sat down, opened my book to read while I waited and was immediately called in my an equally friendly person. As soon as I sat in the chair Brittany walked in. Our visit was thorough and fast for which I’m grateful.
  
  I debated taking off the one star but ultimately did so for the following. Calling the office is a complete nightmare. A phone receptionist said they receive so many calls their phones crash. And they do so with a vengeance. It took me three days of calling multiple times an hour before it even rang. Then when it did, I was out on hold for nearly an hour. Each. Time. I. Called. They clearly need to work on hiring more people to answer phones. The system they have in place isn’t working.
  
  If you have the patience to wait many hours on the phone , it’s worth it to go see Brittany at the Northampton office.

  I was referred to them by my PCP for an evaluation on my nose. I had not been able to breathe properly for many years. My experience was very positive. I got through to a person to make my appointments and had surgery which was a success. The office staff in Northampton was very professional and Dr. Eppsteiner was wonderful. I had a total of five appointments without any major issues.
