I just got my stair lift installed a week ago. It looks wonderful and it will work well for my mother when she comes home. It is very simple to operate and takes up little space on your steps leaving plenty of room to travel up and down. -

(June 6, 2023, 3:34 pm)Everything in getting the stairlift was simple and straightforward. The first visit was to go over the area to see how the install would go and to take measurements. We discussed that someone would be moving in who was around 275 lbs so we chose to go with the Elite model that could hold up to 400 lbs. The standard model has a max weight limit of 300 lbs so we chose the heavier duty in case someone gained weight in the future. The install visit was only about an hour. An adjustment was made to get the chair to keep the connection to the rail, and it worked fine after that. Very happy that we took the leap.

Gave me a quick date the following Monday, which was just 4 days later. Installers were punctual and completed the project in under an hour!!! Both men were extremely pleasant when answering my questions. Will definitely recommend to others. Very happy with my purchase.

We could not be more pleased. This is our first use of a chairlift so we hope the Bruno product is as dependable and high-quality and the reviews state.
