  I recently sold a home and had Carlton represent me in the sale. He had represented me previously on a purchase as well.
  Carlton is the ultimate professional, knowledgeable and confident as well as approachable. he knows what he's talking about, and always looks out for his client.
  His support staff is a pleasure to work with as well. Again, professional, knowledgeable and provide you with undivided attention. Every question answered, all calls and emails returned, everything explained in detail not leaving any confusion or doubt.
  It says a lot when the buyer complimented their efficiency.
  I highly recommend Carlton and his staff, I certainly will reach out to him again for anything I may need in the future.

  Carlton provides an incredibly high professional service. We came from out of state, and we didn't have much time to be in NJ; that was not a problem at all! Carlton managed communications promptly and in an efficient way, being sure my interests were always a priority. He was flexible to my calendar and location and always available. In addition, Carlton has the support of Cara, who is a fantastic person, taking care of us at every step of the process and being sure we didn't miss critical issues. We are fortunate we had Cara on our side; she is the best!
  If I have another real state business in NJ, I will not hesitate to contact Carlton and Cara!
