  Best experience ever. From making appointment to the completion of the MRI. Great front desk and tech experience. Front desk provides excellent customer service while the techs are calming and patient to get you through your scan. Highly recommend.

  My first time coming here and I had the best experience going for an MRA! Annemarie was so sweet and accommodating through the whole scheduling process. Tonya was the most patient and kindest during my MRA. She made me feel so comfortable even though I was very nervous and claustrophobic. She answered all my questions and reassured me. She is an angel! Thank you so so so much!!!!!

  I live 5 minutes from here and I've been driving an hour each way
  to another Open MRI - That alone was worth the price of admission. The Office Manager performs her job like a Pro. She had a Soothing Quality that made me relax & WANT To be there. The technician was equally professional. I was getting both Shoulders done. What should've been 10 min. on each turned into 25 on the first shoulder alone, because because I kept moving ever so slightly.......and claiming I wasn't. She didn't bat an eyelash and kept her Professionalism in an impressive manor. I asked to come back for the other shoulder & they both said it was ok & rescheduled me. MSG to Owner:
  Give them both a substantial raise. You don't know how good you have it,til IT is gone. Keep up the good work.

  What a great experience! I cannot say enough about this facility. However, even better are the lovely ladies that run the show ! Every single one of these ladies were fantastic and helpful .Ashley was so pleasant and so was the lady that did my sit up MRI. She was a superhero at keeping my anxiety at ease. Then there is Ann Marie who made the entire process of dealing with insurance smooth. She was a godsend and wonderful to deal with. If the staff at other doctors offices would treat their patients this good, life would be a little less stressful for us patients . My only issue was that they are not exactly around the corner but even still…if I ever needed another MRI, I would not hesitate going back there!

  The technician setting up the MRI and taking the images was so compassionate and patient with me. I was very nervous about the experience but she walked me through every step so I knew what to expect. I would highly recommend this facility for your MRI.
