  I needed to exchange gift shirts for another size and buy an additional shirt. Customer service was excellent - probably the best customer service I have experienced in the last 20 years.

  Great selection. Helpful staff. High prices but I think they know they have options for bigger people that other stores don’t have. I guess they can charge more than them.

  The gentleman working on Sunday 11/21/22 was extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to offer suggestions and help. He had to order a shirt online and asked me to contact him with any delivery questions or issues

  Great selection of product for any budget.. Quality constructed items.. And, most importantly - the salesman (Victor) was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!! He was very knowledgeable about the many different items in the store, very professional, and very helpful.. He was unpacking new stock, waiting on me and another customer, and answering incoming phone calls - all at the same time - flawlessly! Victor REALLY made me feel like a valued customer - he was very polite, answered any questions I had, and made suggestions to help me get a 'full suit' that fit correctly and matched perfectly.. I will definitely give this store my business in the future.. And, again, 5 STARS for Victor!!! Thank you for your help, your customer care, and your suggestions - all the way down to helping me pick a 'matching tie' for my suit!!
