  I did a lot of research around my area for radio installers, and decided on DWC because of the reviews and the amazing rate, which was SO much lower than the big shops in the area (by hundreds). Derek was cordial and very kind in explaining everything to me. I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else!

  Great experience with Derek at DW Customs. Booking was easy, Derek gave multiple price options for my remote start and new radio. He did not try to up sale and recommended the best options for my needs and budget. I did have to return the next day to have the remote stat placed. However, Derek gave me a discount for the extra trip. I received detailed instructions at time of pick up. I would recommend DW customs!

  In September I started having problems with my remote starter. I started looking for a place where they could help me and saw that the reviews on Dw Custom were excellent. I went to the location for Derek to help me. He was very kind to me. He started checking my remote starter that my jeep had. He was trying and trying, but since the remote starter was too old, he couldn't fix it. I went back to the company that installed the remote starter for me, and they couldn't do anything either. I called to make an appointment with DW Custom to have Derek install a new one for me. I really recommend this place 100%. If I could give it more stars, I would. Derek is very professional, and you can tell he knows what he's doing 100%. He is very communicative and very respectful. Derek explains every detail of how to use the remote starter. I definitely recommend it. Thank you Derek!

  I had found DW Customs through a Google search and I am one for reviews, so here is mine. Derek was amazing! I called around a few spots and see what their prices were and let me tell you Derek’s prices were the best and he does a discount for multiple cars, which no one I called does if you’re a multi car family!! We called him back maybe about a week later and he quickly booked us an appointment for both of our cars. Beforehand he had described to me over the phone the differences in the remote starters as to range, pricing, and benefits to having a remote starter. The day of the appointment we showed up about 10-15 mins early and he took care of us no problem. When the second car was finished he demonstrated and explained to us how to use the remote starter. All I can say is good things!! WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND DW CUSTOMS BEFORE ANYONE ELSE!!!

  I’d been wanting an upgrade for my old 2011 Nissan Xterra, and went online to find a place near me to do the job. Came across DW Customs in Holyoke. I reached out and was able to make an appointment extremely fast. Derek kept me updated on when my parts would arrive, and actually got me in a bit earlier, which was very convenient. Derek was fast, extremely efficient, and when he was finished, he took the time to show me how everything worked, and made sure I understood. This install was seamless, looked amazing when it was finished!! Super friendly, informative, and efficient! I would definitely recommend anyone needing any of this type of work done to choose DW Customs for the job.
