  Absolutely the best DMV I have ever been to, I will continue to go there even if I move hours away and have to drive a far distance 😂 going to dmv had always been horrible especially Peekskill NY an the one in White plains, Beacon oh I have been to many over the years. They ladies were amazing, very kind, understanding with my son who was very nervous getting his permit. Now I had to get a car added and getting a car registered was a breeze. Things didn’t take hours like they use to just to be told come back another time or you have to wait for a different person at a different window etc. I wish I could remember the lady’s names but I can’t at the moment however everyone’s nice, they should be the role model for how all dmvs should run and treat people.

  I have anxiety with going into new places. I was really dreading going here, more so when I pulled up and saw the parking BUT when I went inside and saw nice it was I felt better. Then speaking to the lovely ladies who helped me with what I needed to do. They’re extremely patient and understanding so long as you communicate with them. Something I avoided for a long time and I regret it because of how helpful they are.

  I love these ladies. They are actually all really sweet. I had to transfer my plates and it was super busy, but they were nice as pie and actually very efficient. There’s one particular lady who speaks Spanish that I dealt with. She was such a pleasure. Don’t rag on these people, they deal with all kinds of crazy on the daily. If you are nice to them, they are even nicer to you. Thanks guys!

  Very friendly bureaucrats. During my transaction, a randomized audit came up, so the supervisor had to review my documentation, but all told I was in and out in twenty minutes with prior appointment (non-driver’s license). No parking lot, but streetside parking is allowed for periods of up to one hour (unmetered).
