Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name but my mother and I wandered into the store and he was extremely kind and helpful . The gentleman was very patient and let us smell many of the perfume/ouds , all which smelled like heaven . When we went home our purses filled with the oud samples smelled amazing for days. That shows you the potency and longevity of the oud they sell.
I just came back today and the same gentleman greeted me and helped me buy a present for my mother. I feel like customer service speaks volumes on an establishment, and the fact that he remembered my face and was just as gracious and welcoming makes the entire experience 100x better. I will definitely keep this place in mind for future gift purchases! Thank you for the outstanding service and compassion you showed us. The unique experience made me a steady customer. 👍👍👍
