  Frank came and gave us an estimate for putting a heat pump/air conditioning unit in our 3 season room. He was very professional and understood that we were getting multiple estimates. He did not try to pressure us at all. After reviewing multiple estimates we decided to go with D & S for the installation. We were very pleased when Frank came back with Demetrius for the installation. They were professional, thorough and very tidy. We have been using the unit for several weeks now and are very pleased.

  Roman, the technician, was fantastic! Excellent customer service. He called me 10 minutes before he arrived, was on time, friendly and was incredibly knowledgeable. He was able to fix all our electrical problems in the home, and took time to explain things to me. Liz, the person who scheduled the appointment, was also very helpful, friendly, patient, and was able to accommodate a time slot that I needed. They were priced very competitively as well. I highly recommend this company.

  We had a 22k Generac generator installed in June 2023. Our sales rep was Joe, who was clear and thorough in explaining what type of generator would best meet our needs, its benefits long term, as well as the payment options available to us. He and the sales team were quite patient and answered all our questions as we took the time to make a decision. When it came time to do the install, Mikey and his assistant arrived promptly, and even sent a text when they were on their way so we weren’t caught off guard when they arrived. They were thorough yet meticulous and efficient in their work then took the time to completely explain what they’d done and what steps we should follow to ensure the good maintenance of the generator. Overall, DS Electric has been a great company to work with.

  DS Electric just finished my install of the Tesla Gen 3 Level 2 home charger. They did a fantastic job from beginning to start. Very clean and reasonably priced. The wires are tidy and non invasive. I already have a Tesla Powerball from the Solar Panels. I look forward to charging the car when it arrives.

  I've been wanting ductless systems in my house for awhile and wasn't happy with some other company's that came to see what I wanted, DS Electric were friendly and knowledgeable when Frank came to give my estimate and understood what I wanted to do. They were able to give me exactly what I wanted within my budget and I couldn't be happier. Frank and Demetrius came today 03/27/23 and installed my new system and the process was so easy. They were professional and meticulous with their work. Everything was installed as cleanly as possible and I'm more than satisfied with the job. I was so thrilled with their work that while they were here I had them give me a estimate on upgrading my main panel to the house with generator transfer switches and the price was great so I signed the contract for them to do that also. From now on DS Electric is the only company I'm using when I need electrical or HVAC work.
