  I loved working with Drewnowski pools, unfortunately they decided that they won't be working on above ground pools. They opened and closed my pool once and they were super professional and friendly. Only downside is that they did not communicate their decision to existing customers with above ground pools.

  As Facilities Manager for the Regency Condominiums in Agawam, MA. for the past thirty years, one of my responsibilities is to manage our olympic size swimming pool and its companion spa facility. Drewnowski Pools and Spas has , from the onset of my tenure at Regency, been most instrumental in assisting me to assure that our facility operates at the highest level of safety and efficiency . Their efforts have guaranteed a most enjoyable and memorable experience for all our residents and their guests. Over the years, I have learned much from the good people at Drewnowski. They have served me well allowing me to fulfill all the demands and obligations of caring for such a significant amenity; which is most precious to the owners of the Regency Homeowners Association. I have always been able to count on their support, their expertise and their good advice regarding all facets of proper aquatic facility management. Having had that kind of dependable mentoring and backing, has put my mind at ease in the knowledge that I was always fulfilling my duties to a high degree of preciseness and perfection. Most noteworthy amongst my friends and advisors at Drewnowski are Russ, Julie,Bob and Josh. They have been most responsible for my measures of success at caring for an exquisite facility enjoyed by numerous residents and their families. Additionally, I would be seriously amiss if I did not single out for honorable mention, my good friend Steve, senior mechanic and technician with the Drewnowski enterprise. Steve has patiently taken me under his wing time and time again, sharing with me his cornucopia of trade knowledge benefitting me immensely. Kudos to you all and your helpful and dedicated associates for helping me reach such a high level of excellence and having one successful season after another. I am most appreciative to all of you and wish you a most pleasant and rewarding upcoming season.

  If I could give 10 stars I would! From the first time we had the crew here until now, seven years later, they have been nothing but first class! They are a hard working, responsible, respectful and professional crew and we will continue using them as long as we own a pool.

  Outstanding service at Drenowski’s. I’ve been there numerous times over the past several years looking to replace worn out parts. Every time they have the part in store. Today, I went looking to replace a broke valve handle. They found a used one and said no charge. That is very rare these days. Thank you again Drewnowski pool.

  Drewnowski Pools & Spa has undoubtedly been such a pleasure to work with in remodeling my old outdated (falling apart) 25 year old gunite pool. Russ has been great in his communication and answering any questions I may have had quickly throughout the process. Julie in the office has always been gracious and kind. Steve and his crew impressed us beyond words in his professionalism, craftsmanship, attention-to-detail and work ethic. What I thought was supposed to be stressful and daunting became effortless, creative and fun. They worked with us collaboratively to ensure that our vision would be achieved. No question was ever a stupid question. Equally, we have such a profound respect for Steve and his crew in their commitment in not only making sure we as clients were happy, but I’d like to make it a point that these people genuinely take pride in their craft which is so rare these days. I have observed Steve and his team work tediously in creating a unique, custom made coping for our spa (which I quickly learned was no small feat.) that turned out better than we had imagined. His approach in his work and how he communicates with us as clients and his crew, the attention to detail no matter how minute they may be, or the time he took in helping his crew or myself understanding the process reflects his “legendary” years of experience, professionalism and skills. Although my pool may be humble, they have allowed my family and I to feel like we are in our own paradise. I could not be prouder of the work they have done, the craftsmanship they’ve displayed and integrity they’ve exhibited. To everyone at Drewnowski, Thank you!!
