With over 25 years experience as bridal seamstress she kept the integrity of the dress, while making major alterations. She did it in record time, not to mention her resourcefulness in making a custom fur reversible bolero out of a panel cut from the dress and material bought for $50. I definitely paid less than half of what it would've cost me anywhere else for impeccable quality and was truly a princess that day. Thank you Hilda, you are a gem!

(December 14, 2022, 5:28 pm)This was my first time using Hilda and it definitely won’t be my last. I was drawn to her 5 star reviews online and I am so happy I found her. She was able to do alterations to a beautiful sequins dress that belonged to my late mother. The dress fits me perfectly and I can’t wait to wear it. Thank you so much Hilda! Gracias!!

She made my dress fit so well and also put lace into my ceremony overskirt to make it look like one seamless dress! She also made me the most amazing sparkling long veil which everyone was obsessed with which was all her idea. My dress looked gorgeous and everyone said I looked like a princess and it was all thanks to her! She is very kind and so wonderful to work with! I highly recommend!!

(September 19, 2022, 7:06 am)FIVE STARS!!! Hilda is absolutely wonderful! My daughter was away at camp all summer and needed alterations to her sweet 16 dress as soon as she returned. Hilda squeezed her in right away, even though we were new customers. When we realized she needed a crinoline slip after the first fitting, Hilda was kind and not put out at all by our delay. She even helped us find the right slip on Amazon. Once we returned for the fitting, she discussed her suggested alterations and the dress and slip were altered, steamed, and ready to go in 3 days! It looks beautiful! Hilda is also just a kind, friendly, and personable person and a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend!

I needed to get a dress taken out on a very tight timeline and she was able to get it done and make it look better than I ever could’ve imagined. She really knows her stuff and produces high quality work. I highly recommend dresses by Hilda. You will be in very competent and caring hands. Very reasonable pricing as well.
