(August 31, 2023, 12:31 pm)Drainworks came out and did our septic inspection as well as a pump out for our new house and Glenn and Devan explained what they were looking for, and their findings, with recommendations for future care. We also more recently had Abraham hydro-jet some of our piping and scope out for any issues and he was great as well. The techs at Drainworks are very thorough and knowledgeable about their work, and it’s very much appreciated!

(August 31, 2023, 7:26 am)They arrived when they said they would, they completed the job on schedule, and they kept true to their quote. This, in and of itself, gets them a 5 star rating.
If I could give them a 6 I would, because in addition to the above, Jeremy was attentive and fully engaged during the quote, listening to our needs and creating a plan which worked with our time frame and budget.
Abraham did an amazing job on the install. He is a really talented technician and friendly person. He went above and beyond in making sure we were happy with his work.

(August 9, 2023, 8:54 pm)Our technician was very helpful, and didn’t make me feel badly for knowing so little about our septic system (first time homeowner + city girl over here)! He was quick, courteous, on time, and informative. I was also happy to be able to get an appointment quickly. The person who helped me on the phone was also fantastic. All in all I feel much more at ease with the workings of our system and our plans to maintain it long term.

(July 26, 2023, 9:01 pm)We had Brian and he is terrific, I have never owned a tankless Hot water system and had no idea where to start. The one I have seems insanely complicated! I got a headache as soon as it acted up! We had a. New bathroom added and had a friend over the weekend and she isn’t in2 minutes and she screaming like a school girl who just saw her first cute boy! I go hauling butt to see what’s happening and it keeps flashing at me!! PURGE PURGE! I hear water and turn around and water is coming down from our new shower through the wall above! We had our friend go upstairs but no luck on the hot water yet. Called the contractor and they came right away and the part that turns the water on wasn’t installed correctly and went in to the wall! She still didn’t get hot water. But 2 hours later we had hot water again, go figure?? But now it’s fixed and I will have a nice warm shower tonight all thanks to Brian!!
