I have been going to Dr. Bugay for about 8 years now and I can't say enough about how wonderful he is. I am one of those people who suffered from white coat syndrome and always hated going to the doctor. But, Dr. Bugay always made me feel very at ease with his wonderful bedside manner. He never rushes my visits and always explains all test results. When I need to speak to him about something important he will always call me back when I leave a message. I wouldn't think of going to any other doctor.
Dr bugay is fantastic, excellent care when you see him it's like seeing a good friend, that's how friendly he is , when I was in the hospital last year for 5 days he came to check me over and over , dr denio another fantastic doctor ,you say their name and everyone is oh I know Victor, and deno , great doctors to see .thank you for the great care .
I like that he sits down and goes over your lab work with, highlighting any problems and strengths. Takes a very complete history. He listens and responds to questions and problems. Is very knowledgeable as well . Is always responsive , even for emergent issues. I would highly recommend him.
