I have been a Nurse for over 25 years and have had interactions with many urologist. Dr Diamond by far is the best you can get. He is patient, takes time to answer all of your questions, and you don’t feel rushed. He has excellent bedside manner. When I needed a cystoscope procedure he did it right in office. No need for sedation or short procedure in hospital to have done. He is very gentle and truly one of the best physicians I’ve met in my career
Also the office staff was excellent. They are warm and welcoming from the time you arrive at office
Dr. Diamond is the best. I have not had surgery previously, and was very scared when it was determined that I needed to have a small kidney tumor removed. Dr. Diamond and staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed from the moment I walked in the door. During my hospital stay Dr. Diamond saw me everyday and even did bandage changes on a drainage tube. He always makes time to listen, shows a real interest in his patient and is personable! I also had a great experience with his surgical scheduler, Laura, and the front desk staff. They were always pleasant and extremely helpful anytime I needed something or had a question. I am 5 weeks post-surgery and doing well. I want to thank Dr. Diamond for his help, his knowledge and his kindness! The care I was given made my first surgical experience great, given the circumstances, and I can’t thank everyone involved enough!!
Absolutely the best doctor. Truly cares for his patients. He did a bladder sling surgery on me. And it has changed my quality of life. Its been about 8 years now and I'm still good, no bladder leakage!
I find Dr. Diamond to be very caring. If you have a painful issue, he will be there every step of the way. If you have an urgent matter or concern, they will fit you in the same day. -- I want to point out that Dr. Diamond practices "traditional urology", he will not treat with cutting edge approaches... If you have a routine issue, he is a great doctor to start with. --- If you are looking for a solution to a very challenging urological issue that remains unresolved from his treatment, consider venturing out. --- I will always be grateful for Dr. Diamond! I also find his staff to be great people.
Dr. Diamond provides excellent care. I was as comfortable with him as I am with my other doctors. I had the very aggressive type of prostate cancer, with the entire prostate involved. I had my first post treatment and there was no trace of cancer. Dr. Diamond gave me my life back. Eternally grateful for this doctor and Dr. David Horvick. I have special needs, and both doctors made sure I was comfortable. They are two of the finest doctors, and I owe them my eternal gratitude for treating me and today I am cancer free.
