Dr Bissell is excellent. He has critical diagnostic skills, a very skilled surgeon, listens to his patients and fully explains your situation and options. Have had very successful surgery with him in the past and returned to him even though I am now out of state. The best orthopedic surgeon I have come across in my lifetime. Plus his staff is excellent and helpful. Highly recommend

My knee surgery with Dr. Bissell has exceeded my expectations. He always took time to explain the procedure along with recovery expectations, excellent bedside manners. Lighthouse surgery center facility very clean & impressive with caring/ helpful staff members.

I had my ACL and medial meniscus ROOT repair done by Dr. Bissell. The overall experience was as good as I can imagine given the circumstance. Dr. Bissell and the staff at Advanced Orthopedics NE and Lighthouse Surgery Center were amazing. Process and expectations were clearly communicated and reassuring. If I happen to injure myself again in the future, I will certainly try and return to Dr. Bissell.

Dr Bissell did my shoulder surgery and he did a great job!! He’s very nice, listens to you then answers your questions. His medical assistant is great also. I just had my 10 week post op appointment. Everything is right on schedule.
