  I sustained an injury while training for the NYC Half Marathon and Dr Charno came to my rescue. He treated me and provided me with at-home exercises that enabled me to heal, continue training and complete the race!!! I have full confidence in Dr Charno and recommend him to athletes and anyone that needs to recover quickly and get back to activities they love.

  Dr. Charno is hands down the best chiropractor I’ve been to. He genuinely cares about his patients and takes extra time to ask questions, understand pain, and develop action plans to relieve symptoms. He’s open minded and looks at issues from all angles, performing informed adjustments and following up with workouts and stretches to reinforce them. He is personable, caring, and an all-around wonderful doctor. I would recommend him to anyone!

  Dr. Charno has literally gotten me through months of quarantine. His online strength training classes have me stronger and healthier than I was six months ago. When it became possible, I began seeing him in his office and found a comprehensive and holistic approach to chiropractic. His treatment is state of the art and includes specific exercises to reinforce the adjustment. He always follows up with online exercise reminder videos. Bottom line is that Dr. Charno is a caring, effective, healer.

  After deciding to have total knee replacement this Spring, I heard that Dr. Charno was starting an on-line strength training class. I had read somewhere that strengthening the leg muscles helps one recover from joint replacement quicker. I joined his class and for six weeks leading to my surgery, I attended his class on-line twice weekly.
  
  I am certain that my work with Dr. Charno allowed me to recover more quickly with the capacity and flexibility to return to activities of daily living 2 weeks after surgery. At 3 weeks, I returned to his class and he adapted exercises for my stage of recovery.
  
  I have stated to Dr. Charno that prehab for joint replacement should indicate strength training just as rehab requires physical therapy. Dr. Charno has the expertise of Chiropracty and sports injuries. I am looking forward to becoming a Dr. Charno Chiropracter patient!

  I'm a big believer in chiropractic preventative care and have been under the care of many practitioners for the past 30+ years. Dr. Russell Charno has an intuitive sense, listens intently, and genuinely cares about his patients health. I can recommend Dr. Charno with great confidence and state that he is the best chiropractor I have ever come across. If you are reading this and contemplating an adjustment with Dr. Charno, do yourself a favor and see him now, you will be very happy you did. He is greatly missed here in Sea Cliff, NY.
