(November 27, 2020, 11:42 am)First time visiting Dr. Russell the same day I suffered a lower back muscle spasm and He was very helpful in explaining my situation, gave me a few adjustments and a brace to wear and The next day I was about 75% better. These injuries usually last weeks so Dr. Russell really did me a solid. Will be back for future adjustments.
