Doctors Bochner & Caban are excellent doctors who are very patient and are good at explaining everything. They make you feel very comfortable and I am very satisfied with both of them.
One of the women in the reception area is always very rude on the phone, in person, and particularly in speaking with younger patients. I have heard her say very negative things about someone they just spoke to on the phone and loud enough to be heard by the patients while I was in the waiting room. That is very unprofessional. Additionally, I called in needing a prescription changed and was told that they are far too busy to handle that. The reception area needs some customer service training. it is a shame when the front desk area starts your visit with a negative impression, despite having such fine doctors.
I am so happy that I found doctor Bochner. He is very caring , very thorough and makes you feel comfortable. I need to redo my mamo and he called me to make sure I booked my appointment and told me not to worry everything will be ok. It’s hard to find such a wonderful doctor these days. I’m happy I did and if you are reading this don’t wait and look more he is the doctor for you. One more thing all the Ladies in his office are super nice.
Dr Bochener is a very good doctor. Very knowledgeable, and extremely kind. I’ve been going to the Manalapan office for over 8 years. Even though the receptionists are on the rude side, I keep going to his office mainly because of Dr. Bochener’s professionalism.
