  I cannot possibly express how fantastic this office has been. From Rosie at the front desk to Lance the Q-EEG tech, Anthony the PHD student and especially Dr Villanella, I have felt heard and cared for through what should surely have been a difficult time.
  My child's evaluation was scheduled quickly upon my first call and all follow up testing was scheduled before I left my first visit. The staff interacted with my child being sure they were comfortable with what was happening and answered all questions thoroughly. We were able to work jointly to make a plan that best suits my child and will make the most impact.
  
  I have recommended this practice multiple times and will continue to do so.

  Dr V, his clinicians, his therapists and his support staff have all been amazing! Dr V is engaging, listens and shows concern and empathy for his patients. He takes his time to be sure that his patients are getting the proper care and attention they deserve. I have had such a wonderful experience that I have recommended their services to multiple friends. The clinitians and therapists are kind, thorough, they listen to my concerns, offer suggestions and keep me updated. They are always accessible via email and if I need to speak with them while I'm there, they always make time for me. The support staff are some of the kindest, considerate and caring women. When I have questions or concerns they are addressed and answered. I have been with this practice for a while now and their customer service has stayed consistent and supportive. I am always greeted with a smile and kindness. There have been plenty of times that I have had a rough day or been dealing with a difficult situation and the compassion, concern and grace I have received is beyond how I have ever been treated before. I am very thankful that we found Dr V and his practice.
