Front desk staff is awful, Cathy in particular. Rude to say the least... and the way the office manager treats patients, it's no wonder.
Vanessa (PA) and Dr. Yen are amazing. They give time and attention to their patients, are fantastic with kids and aren't in a rush to get on to the next appt. If they could find better staffing, they would get 5 stars.
Great experience with dr yen. Devoted all the time I needed and helped me in my decisions regarding my isssue.
Take my kids abs husband here. The staff isn't the greatest/nicest/most helpful but Dr Li makes up for it. He is AMAZING. and totally worth it.HHopefully the staff gets a wake up call and changes their attitudes.
