Dr. Kapsimalis D.M.D. is kind, calm, gentle, and thorough. I found his office by using my insurance website and his endorsements are valid. He explained everything that he was doing, he was able to take care of my infected root canal quickly and efficiently, and he did everything without causing me any pain or discomfort. From his office staff, to his dental hygienist, and the overall feel of his office I was very impressed and felt extremely comfortable. After not having the best experiences over the years in the area of dental work and various offices, this was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had. Dr. Kapsimalis was very concerned about my comfort before my root canal. He made sure I was numb before and during the procedure. It was ultimately painless. I recommend this Endodontist highly.
Dr. Kapsimalis was able to help save an already compromised tooth with a root canal, and I couldn’t be more appreciative. He was incredibly professional and quite thorough, explaining everything to me. And, his staff were friendly, organized and extremely efficient with everything from forms and insurance paperwork!
Had a pain free root canal performed and was eating on the tooth 3 hours later. The staff is an amazing team of courteous and welcoming professionals. I felt comfortable from the time I walked in the door. The doctor has a way of injecting the novocaine like no other dentist I've ever known. The procedure was fast and painless and he talks you through the entire process, letting you know what he's doing. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone in search of pain free dental care. I promise you won't regret it.
