I just stumbled upon these reviews and am surprised at how different my experience could be from everyone else. I've used Dr. Kesselman for years now and he's done efficient, fairly priced work for me. When something is not right, which is rare, he fixes it. For example, I'm seeing him today because a crown that was made for me did not fit as well as he liked. I wouldn't have known the difference, but he did and he sent it back for a replacement. I'll continue to use him despite these other reviews.
