(January 16, 2023, 11:05 am)Dr. Patel operated on my husband for stents in his leg that were blocked. Dr. Patel did everything he could to unblock the stents and have my husband avoid by-pass surgery. The procedure which takes about 2 hours took over 4 hours and Dr. Patel unblocked the stents. He is a wonderful doctor in our opinion and is very receptive to any questions. If we call the office he calls us back a rare find today.

(June 8, 2022, 5:04 pm)Dr. Patel is a wonderful, kind, knowledgeable surgeon.. He never talks down to you, explains everything in a way you will understand. His staff is wonderful too, Katie.. so kind and patient.
You will not be disappointed should you need a vascular surgeon. Highly skilled educated man.
I would give 10 stars if that was an option. -

After posting below Dr. Patel called me directly and the issue has been resolved. I greatly appreciate Dr. Patel taking an active role to resolve this matter and the collection agency will be notified.
I never saw Dr. Patel as a patient, he read my vascular ultrasound. Insurance did not cover the costs because the practice is out of network. The cost amounted to $600. When I called the office (2x) as i was willing to pay I was informed that they needed discuss the matter with billing, which is at a NY location. Both times they did not get back to me. Then the outstanding debt was referred to a collection agency. -
