(August 1, 2018, 8:04 am)I had a fantastic experience with this office! after having gone to 2 walk in centers and being put on 2 antibiotics for an ear infection that wasn't getting bettter, I had had enough. I called Buckland Ear Nose & Throat and they got me in the same day for a consult. The person who scheduled me as well as the office staff when I arrived were warm and friendly. When they called me in I saw Vanessa Romero, who listened to all the details of what had been going on without rushing me at all, she was able to determine that I didn't need the oral antibiotics I had been given. She drained the fluid from my ears and prescribed me some ear drops to use for a week. She was also warm, friendly, and professional. It has been only one day since I went in and I feel almost 100% better than I have over the past few weeks. I am so thankful I went in, and that I was able to stop taking an unnecessary medication. I absolutely recommend this office!!
