(December 30, 2021, 11:44 am)Dr. Ridge is a true gem! She is very personable and professional and offers great conversation. I recently moved to the Mohegan Lake area and it was so easy to get an appointment with her. I had some shoulder and neck pains which she helped me work through. We also discussed exercises and behavioral changes I would make to improve my posture and reduce tension on my neck and back, especially being stuck at the desk all day. The location has parking and is generally easy to get to. I would definitely recommend!
