An extremely conscientious doctor, who has a keen skill for listening to the patient and parent. She thinks of things that you, as a parent, might overlook. Very proactive and accessible.
Dr. Simon's office runs on time. Her calm demeanor keeps my kids at ease during visits. She's a great listener, methodical in her process and doesn't rush to any diagnosis. The location of her office is super convenient and her after hours service works as promised. She does keep paper records, which seems odd, but will fill out forms when requested. Its just not instant.
She listened and helped when nobody else would. Always takes great care of the children's medical needs. Goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend!
