I have been working with Dr. Berman for over 5 years and he has been instrumental in my mental health and wellness journey. Dr. B is a lifelong practitioner of mindfulness and meditative techniques and has been really helpful and motivating as I began those practices myself. He takes a holistic approach to his work, taking into consideration the mind and body, which has been extremely helpful in therapy. I would recommend Dr. B to any friends or family, and accredit my health and success to our work together!
I have been a patient of Dr. Berman's for a little over two years now. Great listener who doesn't just help me untangle my issues, but helps me learn to untangle them myself. Knowledgeable in both traditional and nontraditional methods. I'm prescribed medication through a psychiatrist, he understands how they work and how to utilize them properly. At the same time, he's taught me meditation techniques and a deeper understanding of how my mind works and why. Highly recommended.

I researched psychologists in the area for six months before coming across Dr. Mark and it was worth the wait. He is real and a not a robot giving you the same responses most therapists give you. He helps you just let go of the stuff you’ve been holding onto simply by just letting you speak and feeling it with you. Highly recommend- I’ve been seeing him for 7 years already.
He is AMAZING! I have been to many therapists, but I feel that for the first time I have met one that not only truly cares but is able to help me.
