    We love Dr.Charles ! She is so kind, professional, and really spends time with you and your baby when you come to the office. Ive never felt rushed and as a first time mom she was so patient and supportive !

    Dr Lydia and Dr Alexandra Charles are amazing. 5 stars for them without a doubt. I cannot say enough about them. The office manager and some staff has really been putting a damper on the experiences of myself and others. If I could rate just them, it would be a solid two, but this review would reflect poorly and unfairly on both the doctors. The office manager in particular is very unpleasant and not helpful in anyway. She is super contradicting in her explanations related to billing and missed appointment fees. I know it’s not easy to find good, reliable help. But I will continue to put the trust in those two doctors because ultimately, that’s what I go there for. I am willing to look past some of the other things. However, I do hope the office can find a manager and help who is up to par with them.

    Both my children have been seeing Dr. Lydia Charles since they were born. I can’t tell you how amazing she is and her staff!! She has a way that makes you feel very relaxed and is always easy to talk to. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, kind, and a doctor that doesn’t just push meds, you will love her!
