Banker Dental Associates is a very professional dentist office. The staff starting from the Receptionist, X-Ray technicians, Dental Hygienist, Office Manager, the Checking Out Process and the Dentist himself, Jonathan Banker are all equally friendly, caring and up to par when addressing your needs and concerns.
Even if you have an emergency they have always been accomodating. It's a rare experience where both the staff and the dentist are equally giving excellent services to their patients and this office does just that. Also your time is respected and valued as the appointments given are always efficient. You are always seen on time and no time wasted in the "waiting area".
I've had a few instances where had I been going to another dentist elsewhere they would have been QUICK to wash their hands clean and would send/REFER me to go see a Periodontist instead.
However Dr. Jonathan Banker is PATIENT and LISTENS and goes THE EXTRA MILE in helping you and in providing a solution for you if possible before going to drastic measures. I feel that Dr. Jonathan Banker is not about the "monies" and truly goes out of his way. He is trustworthy and I don't say that lightly.
I also have DENTOPHOBIA and try to get as much work done possible with any dental issues in "a visit" and this dentist and office understands this fear and are accomodating. This is the only Dental Office I feel at ease with.
This office is ran impeccably ! Everyone there is knowledgeable and when calling about any billing concerns your questions are tended to and answered. I would have to say that this office from start to finish runs flawlessly. I have been going to this office for years and have always been treated and tended to with exceptional and satisfactory standards. It has never decreased with time.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office in every and all aspects. The Staff is absolutely wonderful, the location is great and there is parking available, Dr. Jonathan Banker is gentle and caring, and the fees are affordable. Please don't hesitate to schedule an appointment with this office, as your expectations will be met here and you will be happy that you did.
