I'm sure this review will sound like a TV commercial, but, I've never liked a dentist until I went to Dr. Gross. He is kind, extremely knowledgeable, and will explain anything and everything until you are satisfied. My elderly mother and disabled brother won't go anywhere else, and, frankly, I wouldn't drive them anywhere else. All the staff there are pleasant, helpful and patient. A+.
The staff in Dr. Gross's office is professional and very pleasant. He has a "state of the art" practice, which allows him to meet the needs of his patients in a comfortable setting. His practice definitely deserves 5 stars.
I'm 74 years old, and so have had many dentists in my life, and Dr. Gross (and his office) is by far the best. Gross' procedures are perfect as far as I can tell (I never had any problems), and he is very quick to adopt new technologies, He also does not pressure patients into having nonessential procedures. He goes over the pros and cons and leaves it to the patient to decide whether to have it done. The dental hygienists are skilled and personable. The office is extremely well run. The same two people have run the office for at least 15 or so years. So I'm not confronted with new people every time I go there.
By the way, I don't know Dr. Gross or any member of his staff outside of his office.
My family recently switched to Dr. Gross and had a great experience for our first visit. Leah the hygienist is fabulous! Dr. Gross is very calm and takes his time to explain things. The office is very clean and not to mention the technology is amazing. If you are looking for a great family dentist this is the one!
First and foremost, Dr. Gross is an amazing dentist. He is very proactive and explains everything so that it is understandable by all. Both he and his staff are friendly and the office is impeccably clean. When I’ve called with an emergency, they are always quick to respond. Truly the best experience I’ve had with a dentist in 62 years!!!
