She and her team (from Jasmine at reception, cleanings with Sharon, and Toni assisting) are all wonderful, professional, and take great care of my husband and I. We have been patients for well over a year and could not be happier with the outcome of each visit. So grateful to have found such an exceptional dental practice!! We will be longtime patients as Dr. Malcolm continues to work her magic, every time! Thank you, all!

On my first visit, I shared my past dental experiences and the resulting anxiety about any type of dental procedure. Dr. Malcolm LISTENED (not diminished or dismissed as some medical professionals tend to do) to my concerns and offered me a step-by-step plan to ease my anxiety, build a trusting doctor-patient relationship, and address all my dental needs and concerns.
I’ve gone from avoiding the dentist to feeling so comfortable and relaxed during any dental procedure that I’ve actually DOSED OFF IN THE DENTAL CHAIR. Yes, it’s true. The dental service is excellent and the customer service is the best! I only wish I found Bright Smiles sooner! -

They were truthful about the success rate of an expensive dental procedure that was suggested by my previous dentist and suggested a better, more affordable, alternative that I’m excited about. They were nice, professional and thorough. Even their routine teeth cleaning process was painless and just overall better! I am so glad I switched to Dr. Malcolm!
