Dr.Dicannio is my primary care doctor and I so grateful to have found him and his office. He is a great doctor and actually cares (which is hard to find these days) Janelle is great and sweet as well! Definitely recommend and I never wait for over 15 minutes unless there is a patient that has too be seen and treated in the correct manor with out being rushed and I respect that ! Longest I ever waited was 30 min and that only happened one time !
This is by far the most wonderful, kind staff I have yet to encounter in a medical setting. Dr. Dicanio is so knowledgeable and yet somehow remains relatable after all the years spent in the medical trade. He will not rush you through until all questions and concerns are addressed and will ensure that all the needs you have will be met through him or by any completed referrals or paperwork necessary through the amazing staff at the front desk. Jenelle in particular is the most helpful, smart and efficient employee in a medical office she never leaves a task undone and will always go the extra mile including staying late at the office while having a new baby and family of her own at home. She deserves the truest form of gratitude from all the patients who come to see the doctor at the lake grove office location. No patient leaves unless all their needs requested were met, They try to go above and beyond to reduce waiting room waits but sometimes things happens and that is occasionally par for the course at a doctors office so if every once in a while they may have a bit of a wait its because the best most thorough care was a necessity for a previous patient and they will and were receiving what they had to address for the safety and welfare of said patient and I personally am extremely grateful to be a patient at this wonderful practice because i know if i am in a state where i have a need or two that is to be done in a manner that will be timely to ensure my medical safety is just a relief and a weight that can be lifted for someone like me who doesn't like to bother people or be a time consumer but we all have a day that comes where it becomes a serious medical issue deserving the time necessary to help with a proper
diagnosis and the correct treatments or referrals necessary. There is also state of the art physical therapy facility with the most amazing physical therapists on long island. They are kind and so very knowledgeable and patient and never hesitate with patient education and have a wonderful success rate in treatments for committed Physical Therapy patients treatments and regiments, also on the premise massage therapy and acupuncture. Honestly what more could you ask for in a doctors office
best doctor in world, when I first started going I was not comfortable but they were in the middle of switching up staff. Now staff is solid Dr. D is a life saver and is as real as they come! He tells it how it is so if your looking for a doc to sugar coat things and treat you like a 2 yr old not for you. If your looking for an intelligent knowledgable doctor help you with anything, with an incredible staff that treats you like family, you found them. Thanks Dr.D, Dr. Ortiz and whole staff my life is better because of all of you. This is my doctor for life
