The entire staff was pleasant from the time I walked in until I left. Everything was explained well and I didn't catch her name but the woman who helped me select my glasses was patient and incredibly helpful. My exam itself was great and my diagnosis explained well, with plenty of times to ask questions. Definitely a great experience.
Dr. Reiner is always super pleasant to go see. He’s a good balance of keeping it real yet not talking down to me. Always honest in his professional opinion on what’s best for my eye health. With the pandemic going on it’s easy for people to get stressed out but everyone there is real nice including his assistant Jackie and the staff members at the target optical store.
June, 2021: I love Dr Reiners… I have been going to him for a very long time. I appreciate his knowledge and wisdom. I appreciate that he is willing to listen to my input. At this visit I mixed up my appt times and showed up like 2 hours early and he was able to fit me in so I didn’t wait forever. The target optical store has a great and friendly staff. They’re expensive which is sad because people should have reasonable access to eye are products. Even when they say they have a $70 pair of glasses by the end of it the bill is never $70(for example). No matter what insurance I carry I always end up paying multiple hundreds of dollars. That’s not cool. The staff is nice at least though.
The appointment was for my daughter but as her mother, I couldn't have been happier. She has pretty intense fear when it come to seeing the eye doctor. The doctor and staff showed amazing patience with her, making her feel a little more at ease. Thank you more than you can imagine!!!
The eye exam was very detailed and informative. I was so happy to understand my eye condition beyond that I have Lazy eye. The doctor explained to me the condition in details and took the time to find my right contact lenses measurements.
The staff and assistants were very nice and helpful. Great costumer service.
The place was constantly sanitized to keep everyone safe which was great. Everyone was wearing face mask. And social distancing.
I will definitely come back next year for my eye exam. And get my glasses and contact there from now on.
