Dr O’Dowd is very good. But the office management is terrible! Last year they promised they were getting a new phone service. Yet still here we are in 2023 phone number constantly goes to an answering service. Call-backs are promised for months on end. Message service reps ask for medically sensitive information to decide if a call-back is warranted!! They even asked if I could wait until my annual physical appointment to discuss my results from lab-work I did 4 months ago!! Ugh. I end up going there in person and giving the front desk a piece of my mind.
